It is a customer favorite and many people are fulfilling their dream of having a pizza business that is both fun and profitable to operate!” Summertime is the season where you will see these pizza trailers all around Connecticut serving New Haven Style (or other artisan style) pizzas.

Tuscany Fire has four standard trailer models to choose from. With a engineering and design background the Tuscany fire mobile division is producing a very substantial and innovative product for the world of wood fired pizza, assembled right here in New Haven, CT. Tuscany Fire was established in 2002 to import DeFiore Wood Fired Ovens for commercial and residential use. The facility now assembles the wood fired ovens for all restaurant and residential applications. The facility also serves as a cooking school for chefs looking to master the art of wood fired oven cooking.
